The words schools use, in plain English স্কুলে যে শব্দগুলো শোনেন, সহজ ভাষায়
A prospectus will tell you a school is play-based and NEP-aligned and follows Panchakosha Vikas, and assume you already know what that means. You should not have to. Every term here is defined in about sixty words, with the Bengali beside it, and says plainly what it looks like in our own classroom. প্রসপেক্টাস বলবে স্কুলটি প্লে-বেসড, NEP-অনুসারী, পঞ্চকোষ বিকাশ মেনে চলে — ধরেই নেবে আপনি এসবের মানে জানেন। জানার কথা নয়। এখানে প্রতিটি শব্দের মানে প্রায় ষাট শব্দে লেখা, পাশে বাংলা, আর আমাদের নিজের ক্লাসঘরে সেটা দেখতে কেমন, সেটাও স্পষ্ট করে বলা।

- Screen time স্ক্রিন টাইম Time on phones, TVs and tablets — in the early years, best kept limited and shared with an adult.
- Separation anxiety বিচ্ছেদ-উদ্বেগ The normal distress a young child feels apart from a parent — at its loudest on the first days of school.
